Light City Baltimore Festival 2016

Baltimore is launching a new annual arts festival March 28 – April 3, 2016 called Light City Baltimore. Baltimore invites artists to submit proposals for installations and performances that involve light to be installed around Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Baltimore Sister Cities strongly encourages artists from Baltimore’s sister cities to submit proposals. A jury will evaluate all the submitted proposals and select the winners. Funds will be provided to the winners.

Deadline for proposals is August 31, 2015.
