Baltimore Korean Movie Series: New World (신세계)

Date: Thursday, April 12  at 7-9pm
Location: Parkway Theatre, 3. W. North Avenue, Baltimore MD
Admission: Event is free. Advance registration required.

To expand the outreach of Korean arts and culture regionally, the Korean Cultural Center Washington, D.C. presents a free series of recent and milestone Korean films at Parkway Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, showing a critically acclaimed blockbuster each month in partnership with the Maryland Film Festival!

The monthly series launches with a screening of the star-studded, gritty crime thriller New World (신세계) on April 12 at 7 pm (viewer discretion is advised for mature content and language).  In Korean with English subtitles.

Committee members of Baltimore’s newest sister city, Changwon in Korea, helped introduce this film series to Baltimore.
