Did you know that Maryland and Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan have been in a sister state relationship for more than 40 years? Celebrating the relationship, Maryland and Kanagawa Sister State committee along with Misako Ballet, Matcha Time Café, and UMBC welcome you to this cultural exploration event!

Our Japan Day/Fall Festival has many performances and hands-on activities for you to experience Japanese culture free of charge!
